Is the basement included in the square footage?

Not always. When booking, please confirm if the basement is included in your total square footage. If it’s not being photographed, select the appropriate option on the order form.

Who is allowed to use the media?

All photos, videos, and other media are licensed to the real estate agent who booked the service. These materials may not be shared with third parties such as builders, stagers, or designers without written permission.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Partial payment is due upon booking.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% rescheduling fee applies.

  • If you cancel day-of or if the property is inaccessible or not photo-ready when the photographer arrives, no refund is issued.

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may receive full credit or refund.

Will the property be shot as-is?

Yes. If the agent is not present to ensure the home is photo-ready, the photographer will shoot the property as-is. Please ensure the space is clean, staged, and free of contractors at the time of the appointment.

Can I have contractors or cleaners at the property during the shoot?

No. The property must be 100% ready at the scheduled time. Active work during the shoot can result in delays, incomplete coverage, or reshoot fees. We don’t want random hats and machines in your property photos =).

Is the property vacant or occupied?

Please indicate if the home is vacant and provide entry instructions if no one will be present at the time of the shoot.

Is the scheduled time flexible?

If the home is vacant, you may select a flexible appointment window to help with scheduling. If exact timing is needed, please choose that option during booking, and feel free to call or text me for any additional questions.

Can you share my photos or videos on social media?

Yes! We love to promote your listings (with permission). You can opt in to allow us to post media and tag you, post without tagging, or opt out completely.
